Rocco’s Goji Protein Balls
approx. 85 Calorie per ball.
Mix in a bowl
1/2 cup cacao
1/4 of water
2 cup of almond meal
1/4 trial but mix Coles or crushed walnuts
1/4 cup of chia seeds
2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup
Coconut oil 1/4cup – add extra to mix
1 cup Shredded coconut
2 teaspoons of low cal stevia
1/4 cup of Goji berries
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Touch of Cinnamon
Touch Warm water
Roll into 20 balls with desiccated coconut & chia seeds refrigerate mix (or freeze) 😀
