Have been using my pack of three bands for a few weeks now. They are so much easier to use than the traditional resistance bands that I had for classes previously .
The design allows alternative hand/foot positions as they have four sewn sections to place them in for many types of exercises. These allow a much more comfortable grip and do not slip as do many other types on the market. The pack contains two levels of resistance (two colors for ease of differentiation) which allows beginners, intermediate and advanced clients to feel comfortable whilst performing the exercises. Also the booty band is a great addition to the pack and also has the non slip inside as do the long bands to prevent slippage.
I feel since using these in classes my strength all over has definitely improved. I highly recommend this pack which is of very high quality indeed! Thank you Rocco for designing these.

I have been using the Rocco Bands for about 3 weeks now & they are excellent. So much easier to use than other resistance bands I have purchased. The booty ban has great grip, it doesn’t slide down.
The handles on the resistance bands are perfect, other bands I have used they have slipped out of my hands, but having the handles is great & they don’t feel like they are going to snap.
Cannot recommend this product enough, it truly is fabulous.
